Sony Music Publishing has further expanded its operation and market in Africa by opening an office in the most prominent black Nation on earth, Nigeria. The publishing giant has tapped Nigerian music executive Godwin Tom as the Managing Director of the Nigerian branch, who will report directly to its President International, Guy Henderson.
This move increases the publisher’s songwriters and composers roaster in Nigeria, providing them with the necessary support.
Godwin is the founder of Music Business Academy, an e-learning platform dedicated to training the next generation of music and entertainment professionals.
