We all love and identify with the prospect of a fresh start! It signifies a clean slate to lay out new plans and perspectives, it can also serve as a means of resetting the board and moving on from old experiences and limitations as well as building on past momentum.

Wale Aroy, formerly known as Neoteriq, is doing all the above as he releases his first track, SGMA remix under his new Artist name, Neo 21. Reflecting on his name change, Aroy says: “For me, I’ll always be Neoteriq. The moniker has served me well all through my years as a content creator. However, I’m now taking things a step further as an artist, not just for myself, but also for my core fanbase as well as my brand message which is very community/growth centric. Yeah, the number 21 is more than my fave number, for me, it is a mindset which in its basic form signifies the bond between community and individual where 2 is your support system/community and 1 is the individual; one cannot truly function without the other.”

Stop Giving Me Advice (SGMA) Remix seamlessly integrates Afro-fusion roots with a modern UK sound.
