Streaming-focused label, Humble Angel Records, owned by Kieron Donoghue – a former executive at WMG and Playlists·net – is diversifying into mobile app.
The newly released Playlist Alert App with artists, their management, and labels as the target audience. Users select tracks they want to keep tabs on whenever it is added to playlists curated by Spotify. The app also tracks the movement of these songs up and down the playlists. It keeps tabs also on Spotify’s Top 50 and Viral 50 charts around the globe.
The software is only available to iOS (iPhone) only.
