NEW PROJECTS TO EXPECT

NO ZZZZ II – ZILLA OAKS

Zilla Oaks’ sophomore album, No ZZZZ II, will be released 14th May 2021. The LP features PsychoYP, Eeskay, Dremo, prettyboydo, and a number of other artists.

RIOT EP – DROXX x MO’GUNZ

Afrodrill artists Droxx & M0’Gunz have a joint 5-track EP on the way. RIOT EP is expected to be released on Childrens’ Day, May 27th, 2021. Droxx and Mo’Gunz are rap fusion artistes that are gaining more ground as pioneers of the Afrodrill or 234Drill sound in Nigeria. A project to look forward to.

UY SCUTI – OLAMIDE

Olamide‘s 9th studio album is definitely a project to anticipate, following the commercial success of his last LP, Carpe Diem. The LP has a release date of June 14th, 2021. The album’s first single, Rock, drops on May 14th.

NO PRESSURE – SARKODIE

Sarkodie‘s 27th project, No Pressure, is set to be released July 9th, 2021.

CLONE WARS V – SHOW DEM CAMP

It’s been well over a year since we heard from the veteran hip-hop duo, Show Dem Camp. That Year, their last official single was released on Workers’ Day in 2020. Since then, the hip-hop community has continued to anticipate the release of Clone Wars V. Although release date hasn’t been announced, Ghost, one-half of the duo shared a screenshot of the project already uploaded on a streaming platform for private listens only (for now). Best guess, all that is left is launch plans for the project.

BEFORE THE CHAOS EP – ERIGGA

Old Warri’s Hardcore rapper, Erigga, is set to release an EP, Before the Chaos No release date has been announced at the moment, but we believe it’s due to drop within the next 30-60 days.
