Rukmani Unveils “3XL” Ep: An Ode To Love, Resilience and Self-Discovery

Share

Rukmani, the rising voice of Indie Afro-Soul, knows the weight of life’s storms and the light music can bring. Born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, she discovered her first spark of joy at the age of six, singing in her church choir. Growing up amid hardship, she found refuge in music, using it to heal and express herself.

Her latest project, 3XL, is a vivid exploration of love in its many forms—devotion, self-empowerment, and unapologetic freedom. From the reassurance of From Softie To You (Dey There) to the bold confidence of Woman Joseph, each track captures a different facet of love. Gen Z Lifestyle and TikTok infuse playful energy, while Compromise (feat. Kemuel) and We Move with Femi Leye are ones to watch out for. The EP closes with Tear Us Apart (a reminder that love’s greatest act might be choosing yourself) and a vibrant Woman Joseph (Club Mix), showcasing Rukmani’s versatility.

“Love is more than just an emotion. It’s an act, a choice, and sometimes, a revolution,” Rukmani shares.
3XL is more than music; 3XL wants you to feel, embrace vulnerability, and celebrate love in all its complexity.
