Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google and YouTube, published its financial reports earlier this month. The report covers Q4 2021 and the 2021 fiscal year.
The company’s total revenue for 2021 was $257.64bn, and it made $28.85bn from YouTube ads alone. That is 11.2% of its total revenue. The revenue of YouTube ads improved by about 46% YoY.
Details of subscriber numbers for YouTube Music Premium and YouTube Premium were not provided in the report.
