In memory of the late Afrobeats artist Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, devoted fans and supporters, as well as fellow artistes and rappers, gathered in the streets of Victoria Island, Lagos, on Thursday.
These ardent fans assembled for a candlelight procession that commenced at Lekki toll gate and concluded at Muri Okunola Park, where a concert in his honour was held.
The candlelight procession also held in Abuja, Abeokuta and Peckham in the United Kingdom. An obituary of his passing was also displayed in Times Square at the same time the candlelight happened in other places.
