Elk LIVE is a Livestream tool that helps musicians with real-time rehearsals and music recording or simply Livestream their performance.
It is an audio network hub called the Elk LIVE Bridge and a companion app with video chat and monitoring controls. The promise is that up to five musicians can hook up and “play like you’re in the same room”, with ‘perceived latency compensation’ tools for musicians who are further apart.
The system is being sold in the US, Canada, and Europe, with the Bridge costing $399, and access to the app and service costing $15.99 a month – both minus tax.
